Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This will also confirm that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
You will receive an automated confirmation email from us when your order has been shipped that includes your tracking information.
We currently offer a flat shipping rate with Australia Post.
We offer Free shipping in Australia for orders over $250. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $250, free shipping does not apply.
Domestic (Australian) orders are fulfilled through Australia post with an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days dependent on location. All orders come with tracking.
International orders are fulfilled through Standard Australia Post International with an estimated shipment time of 2-3 weeks, with tracking and SMS notifications.
Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Kashi or Australia Post. Kashi is not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Kashi is not responsible for an order once Australia Post has marked it as “Delivered”.
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume, bad weather or unforeseen circumstances that extend beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.
Shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order and the destination of your order. Once you have your order completed in your shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available to you and how much they cost. Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
Kashi is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.
Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. If you are wanting to cancel an order you must email firstname.lastname@example.org
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You hope that you love your online Kashi purchase. However If for any reason you change your mind, you can simply return it to us for either an exchange or a full refund. Subject to the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame;- items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
For exchanges & Returns -Please contact us to arrange your return or exchange. Or include a message inside your parcel for reason of return.
Please include a prepaid satchel back to your address with your return.

Once we receive your return, it will be checked to make sure it meets the conditions above. Once cleared, you will be sent your exchange item, credit or refund. Alternatively you can receive a credit voucher for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) or you will be refunded directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
You will receive email notification of the status of your Credit or refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Unfortunately these things can happen, so if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, Please email us with the details and photos of the fault, as soon as you receive the item.
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. Please include a prepaid satchel inside your parcel if you want an exchange item to be sent back to you. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We recommend sending with tracking, for proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Kashi is not accountable for damages caused by wear and tear, such as fabric rips or tears, shrinkage due to wrong use of washing, or change of color due to sun exposure.
